All of our 4,000+ product range will be available to order with a hand selected 300 products being pre-loaded into a pantry consumers will see when they log in. To access the rest of the range, we have search functionality to assist.

How we are addressing the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic

We have put in place a range of risk management initiatives based on the advice of the Federal and State governments to ensure we protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and general public. These initiatives include:

• Reinforcing training around strict hygiene standards and providing hand sanitiser or alcohol wipes to all staff for personal use;
• Ensuring staff do not attend our business if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms, are suspected of having COVID-19, have had known contact with someone who is affected or likely to be affected by COVID-19 or have returned from overseas in the last 14 days.
• Minimising contact between staff and customers where possible. This includes coordinating contactless deliveries to our customer base where feasible and limiting visitors to our offices and warehouses where possible.

Additional information on ordering

• All orders are to be placed online (not via phone)
• All orders are to be delivered (no pickup orders available)
• Once the order is confirmed with customer service, it cannot be amended
• Goods are not able to be returned due to health & safety reasons
• Due to current COVID-19, delivery drivers will leave goods at the front door instead of delivering inside
