Q: Does Plateau deliver and is there a delivery fee? A: Yes, we deliver throughout Sydney metro, Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter Valley area up to Singleton, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Shellharbour and Southern Highlands and ACT out to Jindabyne, Braidwood, Goulburn and Yass. No delivery fee applies, however a minimum order of $150 applies.
Q: Can I collect my order from the warehouse and is there a minimum order for pickups? A: There is no minimum for pick ups.
Q: When can I contact Plateau to place my order? A: Office hours at all depots is 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. A 24 hour answering service is available at all depots, however order cut-off times do apply.

Q: How do I register for Online Ordering?
A: If you are an existing customer, call your local office and provide them with a current email address and a password and they will register you for Online Ordering. Once you have provided these details, your account will become active overnight.
Q: I am interstate. Can I purchase from you? A: We mainly service Sydney, Central Coast and ACT, so to avoid unnecessary freight costs we would recommend you contact a local countrywide distributor and they can be found at the countrywide website.http://www.countrywide.net.au/
Q: How do I pay for my order? A: We accept payment in the form of EFT (internet banking), EftPos, MasterCard*, Visa*, Bank or Company cheque and Cash. *Surcharges may apply.
